We meet every learner where they are: Every child learns differently. We begin with each student’s strengths, interests, and pace, so learning fits the child, not the other way around.
Children thrive when they feel valued, seen, & heard : A child who belongs is a child who takes risks, wonders, and leads. We ground learning in identity, culture, relationships, community, and nature.
Children learn by doing, outdoors: Children understand best what they touch, test, and live. We take learning outside, where students explore real problems and create real solutions alongside nature.
Children learn from and give back to the community: The neighborhood is our classroom and our curriculum. Students use math, science, and literacy to solve real problems alongside their neighbors, and see the difference their learning makes.
